Dan Webster is an author, teacher, communicator,
mentor, and founder of Authentic Leadership,
Inc. Dan’s passion
is to make a dent in the universe of leadership by training and
inspiring leaders to fight for their extraordinary lives. Dan
has over 30 years of experience working with leaders from all
walks of life…CEO’s, executives, teachers, youth workers, pastors
and leaders of non-profit organizations.
Dan was trained in communications
and leadership at Biola University in La Mirada, California and
Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. He has worked
in education, probation, and on the staff of two of the largest
and most influential churches in America: Willow Creek Community
Church, Barrington, Illinois and the Crystal Cathedral, Garden
Grove, California. Since 1989 Dan has been a visiting professor
at graduate schools in Illinois, South Dakota, and Canada.
He has authored six books, his latest being
KidUnique: Helping Kids Discover Who They Are. Others include
The REAL DEAL: Becoming More Authentic in Life and Leadership.
As a communicator and mentor, Dan's influence
extends to leaders, teachers and students across the United States,
Canada, and Europe. Dan has trained leadership teams for Bands
of America, Chick-fil-A, United States Armed Forces, Steelcase
Corporation, American Christian Schools International, Young
Presidents Organization, HOST International, US Cellular, YMCA,
Baystate Financial, Arizona & Indiana Public Schools, Prince
Corporation along with numerous churches and denominations.
Dan
Webster was born in the Midwest, is married with three sons,
and resides with his wife in Holland, Michigan.
