Lamont Moon – President, Courageous Leadership

After years of experiencing "leadership development efforts" as nothing more than the latest fad or template, CLI founder and President Lamont A. Moon set out to identify the substantive center of what makes leaders worthy. His search lead him to the conviction that inner work is our work - it is ourselves and    other persons to understand and connect our sometimes disparate parts, helping us to integrate our being and behavior so that our lives and our work take on the spirit and energy of integration and wholeness. He realized that the process    of becoming a leader is much the same as the process of becoming an integrated human being. For the leader, as for any integrated person, life itself is the career.

Courageous Leadership seeks to build worthy leaders of great impact through helping each leader claim both shadow and gift with courage, character, and integrity.

Lamont A. Moon is founder and president of Courageous Leadership, Inc.  He has attended graduate school to complete work in both theology, and a MBA in leadership studies.  He lives in Holland, Michigan with his wife and two sons. He continues to work with leaders from Fortune 500 companies and religious non-profit organizations to provide heart-centered leadership development and personal care.  He believes that each leader has a DNA of their heart that needs to be identified, developed and expressed for effectiveness in worthy leadership.
