had the privilege of leading some of the largest student ministries in the
history of the American church. As the Director of Student Ministries at the
Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, CA; and Willow Creek Community Church in
Barrington, IL he trained hundreds of leaders. This 35 page manual is part
of the training material that Dan Webster used as he trained his volunteer
at Willow Creek Community Church. It addresses the three basic areas of needed
development for an effective youth leader: Managing your life and ministry,
Mobilizing volunteers and students to do ministry, and Multiplying your leadership
in others.
