Ted Harro is a brilliant executive coach and business strategist. In 1992 Ted joined Wilson Learning Corporation, a leading training and consulting company. During his tenure at Wilson Learning, Ted consulted with leaders in many Fortune 500 companies. After completing an assignment in Europe, he spent two years leading Wilson Learning’s professional services division and serving on the executive team.

Ted has an undergraduate degree in philosophy and a masters degree in communications. He is co-founder of Noonday Ventures, a sales coaching firm specializing in increasing the success of Key Account Teams.

Ted and his wife, Gretchen, have two sons and live in suburban Chicago.
